Proclamation STATE ISLAM INDONESIA

Bismillahirrohmanirrohim

Asyhadu anlaa ilaaha illalloh wa asyhadu anna Muhammadar Rasuulullah

We Muslims of Indonesia declared the establishment of:
STATE ISLAM INDONESIA

So the law of Indonesia’s Islamic State is:

ISLAMIC  LAW

Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!

10 ARTICLE EXPLANATIONS Proclamation:

1) Thank God, then God’s good pleasure to bestow his gift of vast nation of Muslims is Indonesia Kurnia God’s Country which covers the whole of Indonesia.

2) State Kurnia Allah is the Islamic State of Indonesia, or in other words Daulatul ad-Islamiyya, or the Darul Islam, or the abbreviations used frequently in the DI, then only use the official one term, namely: Islamic State of Indonesia.

3) Since September 1945, when the decline in Dutch in Indonesia, especially in Java, or a month after the proclamation of the founding of the Republic of Indonesia, the National Revolution which began running on August 17, 1945 was a war, so that since then all over Indonesia in a state war.

4) Islamic State of Indonesia grew up in wartime, in the midst of the National Revolution, which in the end after the manuscript Renville and Muslims wake up and rise against the ferocity of colonialism and slavery by the Dutch, and his form shifted the nature of the Islamic Revolution, or Holy War.

5) Insha Allah, the Holy War or the Islamic Revolution will continue until:

• Islamic State of Indonesia stood with Sentausa and teguhnya straight-out and in, 100% de facto and de yure in Indonesia;
• The disappearance of all kinds of colonialism and slavery;
• The expulsion of all the enemies of God, enemies of religion, and the enemy of the state of Indonesia;
• Islamic law applies perfectly throughout the Islamic State of Indonesia.

6) During the Islamic State of Indonesia is an Islamic State in time of war or Darul Islam waqtil harbi fii.

7) Then all the laws that apply in that period within the Islamic State of Indonesia is Muslim law in time of war.

8) This proclamation broadcast to the world, because Muslims believe the Indonesian people and believes that now it’s time to make mandatory the sacred, which is similar to maintaining the safety of the Islamic State of Indonesia and all its people, and for maintaining the sanctity of religion, especially for the justice of God mendlohirkan in the world.

9) In today’s struggle for national independence is cultivated for nearly 4 months (four) years, kandaslah already.

10) May God justify the proclamation of the establishment of the Islamic State of Indonesia is likewise.
